Association for re-socialization of recovering addicts Proslavi Oporavak (Celebrate Recovery) is established at General Assembly held on April 2008.
Vision of the Association "Celebrate Recovery" is to provide conditions to all recovering addicts to be included into society as productive members and that they, by example of quality living, personal responsibility and behavior in accordance to universal values, contribute to removal of stigma – “once an addict, forever an addict” .
Mission of the Association "Celebrate Recovery" is that recovering addicts, by their positive example of living, testify that recovery is possible and to motivate addicts to seek help as well as to provide support to those who have finished treatment during their re-socialization and re-integration into society. .
Celebrate Recovery is active in all fields of combating addiction in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Balkan region. CR is consistently helping the most vulnerable groups to find a way out of addiction and to stay on the road to a drug-free life. CR is also fighting for its voice in the European and global debate on these issues in order to contribute to the creation of a more balanced drug policy that will assist others in the struggle for a life without addiction.
