Initiative for Drug Demand Reduction and Abuse Prevention (IDDRAP) is a registered non-profit NGO with the purpose of preventing and stopping drug use by educating users and non-users upon the harmful effects that drugs can cause on the body, mind and personality, and by finding and directing existing users to rehabilitation drug-free programs especially among the youths in both rural and urban communities in Nigeria. We share a common concern that illicit drug use is undercutting traditional values and threatening the existence of stable families, communities and government institutions in Nigeria and around the world.
