Mian Afzal Trust Hospital (math) is one of the biggest hospitals in Punjab province working for drug abuse prevention, treatment & rehabilitation since 2001. MATH is registered with Government of Punjab Pakistan. MATH is the education provider of the Colombo Plan drug advisory program. MATH has comprehensive rehabilitation program including Group counselling, individual Counseling, family counselling, vocational training, fish farming, vegetable farming, fruit farming. MATH had implemented a number of drug abuse prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, Drop-in Centre for IDUs, Outreach, and Follow up projects supported by UNODC, Colombo Plan, INL, US Embassy, Islamabad, Japanese embassy, Islamabad, Anti Narcotics Force Ministry of Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. MATH has the team of Professionals i.e. Drug Rehabilitation Consultant, Program Expert, Psychiatrist, Doctors, Clinical Psychologists, HIV/AIDS prevention experts, Counselors, Social workers etc. Our staff attended the different training programs on a national and international level and also facilitated different training as trainer/resource persons.
