The International Network for the Progressive Elimination of Poverty (NGO R.I.E.P.P) was created in 2010 and has a declaration receipt registered under number 14308 of January 27, 2012. The mission of the organization in the fight against drugs is structured around two major axes: – Reduce infant mortality and improve maternal health; – Contribute to improving the living conditions of populations, particularly young people and women, through the prevention and treatment of certain behaviours harmful to health such as violence at school, sexual abuse, caused by drugs, lack of guidance and support, harmful practices among young girls, etc.). For seven years of monitoring the stigmatization of drug users, the RIEPP has launched an action plan to promote cultural and social development. Currently, the Network which brings together a multitude of representatives scattered across Senegal has succeeded in capitalizing on a great deal of experience and certain know-how in the context of carrying out development activities at the service of the communities of the drug users in various fields (health, education, fight against drugs, protection of human rights, in particular the rights of women and young people. For almost seven years, To make its interventions more effective, R.I.E.P.P has restructured for almost four years by setting up an executive entity called PEAC-NATIONAL GRAND PLACE DE LA NATION. (Promoting Women and young people in the Transformation and Production of African products, Cereals, fruits and Vegetables, Promotion of youth through Citizen Action with sponsorship program (project leader) whose mission is to develop research and advice for the benefit of development organizations which intervene in the field of care for mother and child drug users. youth. Organizationally, this structure is headed by a President, Program Coordinator. By this new orientation outlined above, the program coordinator is responsible for mobilizing all the necessary expertise to be able to carry out the following activities: • Surveys in various forms; • Evaluations of projects in progress or at the end of activities; • Development of development projects; • Advice on development issues (mother, child and youth rights), etc.

With the spread of these new drugs which quickly generate dependence, the RIEPP orients these targets, these dealers get rich. They do not have to pay in cash for their lives but also do not accept stolen goods for their lives; which is an indicator of the appearance of delinquency linked to the use of these drugs. Violence is increasing in an environment where considerable sums of money are circulated due to drug money. In return, repression is intensified against drug dealers, with the effect of their spreading into the outlying districts of villages or towns and the extension of consumption to the local population.
