Actually the headline reads “Medical marijuana thefts on the rise”. However, as there is no such thing as smoked marijuana being approved of as medicine, the present thefts are just cases describing how thieves steal from other criminals, i.e. people in the marijuana bu$ine$$ growing marijuana, and breaking federal law.
