Feilding will celebrate being a synthetic cannabinoid-free retail zone today by holding an event to deter people from using the legal highs. Feilding police, in conjunction with Manawatu Mayor Margaret Kouvelis, Manchester House and school representatives handed out “Feilding says no to the sale of synthetic cannabinoid” posters to businesses this morning.
