Once again derailed arguments are heard from Potington State. This time coming from congressman Denny Heck (Dem) who thinks, according to local media, that marijuana businesses should be allowed to use banks and credit unions for “legitimate” pot business. However, Heck has got it all wrong. There is no such thing as “legitimate” pot business. Heck should get familiar with the provisions regarding pot in federal law before not only in fact promoting an illegal drug, but also trying to drag banks and credit unions into the business.
