Marijuana wisdom for dummies: Marijuana causes no harm!

You need to be completely out of your mind if you think that pot use cannot harm another person or violate someone else´s rights.
Speaking about marijuana laws at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond last weekend, Sterling referred to Douglas Husak at Rutgers University and a book by the same Professor where he lays out a framework for what is morally permissible and impermissible for legislators.
“The legislature’s power to punish is only moral when the conduct that is being punished is wrongful,” in the sense that it harms another person or violates someone else’s rights, Sterling said. If Sterling is as clever as he wants to present himself, he should know that marijuana use has harmed thousands of people all over the world.

Next time – invite individuals that have suffered terribly from their use of marijuana, their parents and friends, ER staff, and NGO:s working hard to help people trapped by marijuana.
