Between October 19-21 2020, the 63rd session and the 3rd inter-sessional meeting took place. It included the Thematic Discussions on the Implementation of all International Drug Policy Commitments and has been a follow up to the Ministerial Declaration of 2019 at the Vienna International Centre as well as virtual. Our board member, Shane Varcoe representing WFAD and the Dalgarno Institute, was invited to talk about health harms by reducing demand.
