Our Member, the Drug Advisory Training Hub (DATH), a project of the Youth Council for Anti-Narcotics (YOCFAN) in partnership with the DC Office, hosted a Youth Training Workshop on Drug Use Prevention aimed at empowering participants with the tools and knowledge to address substance use.
Mr. Hanif Gul, Divisional Superintendent of Pakistan Railways, inaugurated the session with an inspiring speech. He emphasized the alarming rise of drug use among youth, highlighting the need for proactive measures to protect the future of the country. Acknowledging both internal and external challenges faced by Pakistan, he commended DATH for organizing such impactful training programs to reduce drug demand and thanked the dedicated team for their efforts.
The workshop provided participants with insights into addiction trends, particularly chemical drugs, and equipped them with practical strategies to promote prevention in their respective institutions.
By fostering awareness and resilience, this initiative reinforces DATH’s commitment to building a healthier, drug-free society.
