World Resiliency Week 2026

WFAD is pleased to support and highlight World Resiliency Week 2026, a global campaign launched last week by the Dalgarno Institute, bringing together partners and communities to share practical tools for building resilience.

Held from 26 to 30 June, this year’s campaign centred around the theme “The Pulse of Resilience: Fall. Feel. Rise.” It offered a hopeful reminder that resilience is not about never struggling. It is about learning how to pause, reflect, reach out and take the next step forward.

Throughout the week, the campaign shared articles, videos and practical resources designed to support resilience in everyday life. The focus was not only on raising awareness, but on offering simple tools people can use in real moments of stress, uncertainty or difficulty.

One of the campaign’s featured resources is the Pulse Check, a free two-minute self-assessment that invites users to reflect on where they are in their resilience journey. By choosing between Fall, Feel or Rise, users are guided towards short exercises that match their current situation.

Although World Resiliency Week has now concluded, the campaign resources remain available. WFAD encourages members, partners and readers to explore the initiative, try the Pulse Check and make use of the practical tools developed to help build resilience, one step at a time.
