California Supreme Court nonsense

Hopefully this doesn´t happen anywhere else. Anyway. Here we go. Today the California Supreme Court unanimously ruled that police need a warrant to open a package in the mail that reeks of marijuana. No wonder California has the drug problem it has. There should be no need for a warrant to search a package in the mail that reeks of marijuana. If that´s the case there is something terribly wrong with the law. It´s as simple as that. Or maybe it is a specific American human right to send illicit drugs via mail?!
