On Friday, Colombia´s Constitutional Court approved a proposal to decriminalize possession of marijuana and cocaine. Consequently, a person caught with less than 20 grams of marijuana and/or 1 gram of cocaine won´t be prosecuted or detained.Result: Criminal enterprises will extend a sincere “thank you” to the court for facilitating their present and future business.
