According to the Michigan Supreme Court driving with marijuana in your system is not necessarily illegal if you’re a medical marijuana patient in Michigan.
A Word of warning: If in Michigan, watch out for potheads DUI. It’s illegal for Michigan drivers to consume marijuana, but the state high court said medical marijuana users have some protection. Why is that? If it is illegal for drivers to consume marijuana, there is no reason why there should be an exception for “medical marijuana” patients.
