As of July 18 legal high products have to be removed from the shelves at dairies, service stations and convenience stores. However, specialty stores can apply for the interim licences which allow sales to continue while the products undergo testing. This is political cowardice. Why on earth aren´t the products banned everywhere. You don´t need to be a rocket scientist to understand that the so-called “legal highs” will be easily available in the future even if dairies etc are prohibited to sell them.
