More medical pot cards mean fewer drug arrests, campus police at Sonoma State University say.
Rocket science? No! If you provide a dopey with a card, thereby providing him/her with easy “legal” access to marijuana – of course you´ll get fewer arrests. However, that is not the major point of interest.
#1. Use of marijuana is forbidden by U.S. federal law
#2. Marijuana per se. has the same effect regardless of its legal status.
