Illinois, aka Potinois, has now become the 20th state in the United States to allow snake oil medicine after Gov. Pat Quinn signed the bill. Potinois boosts itself of having the toughest rules in the nation. Well, it doesn´t matter. Marijuana has not been approved as a medicine by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). On the other hand, what Governor cares? Anarchy rules. What is that good old saying now again? “God bless America and the snake oil bu$ine$$.”
