Tomorrow New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is expected whether or not to sign a bill that would make snake oil available to kids. As a responsible Governor you are expected not to sign bill S2842. To administer snake oil to 2-year-olds should be regarded as a crime against humanity rather than as an act of compassion.
You are encouraged to learn Article 33 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child by heart
“States Parties shall take all appropriate measures, including legislative, administrative, social and educational measures, to protect children from the illicit use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances as defined in the relevant international treaties and to prevent the use of children in the illicit production and trafficking of such substances.”
