I don´t know who elected this guy or why. However, if you want to be a City Councillor you as well as Health Canada should at least know that smoking marijuana has nothing to do with medicine. Despite that, Jang thinks “what Health Canada should do, though, is give it a DIN – a Drug Identification Number – and treat it like they would any other medicine. And if somebody can grow it in their yard or grow it in their house for personal use and get free doses, hey, more power to them. We should let them.” According to Jang, the Chinese community regards him as an outlier – for a very good reason.
