According to Caracol Radio, Colombian police have arrested 34 people, including five soldiers and two police officers who allegedly smuggled rifles into Colombia for the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia.
According to El Espectador today, U.S. President Barack Obama is scheduled to meet with Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos on Sept. 24 at the U.N. General Assembly in New York.
