We learnt from several press reports that the Caribbean heads of states are now meeting in St Vincent and one of the vexed, contentious and divisive matters on their agenda to be discussed is the legalizing and decriminalizing of the use and sale of marijuana for medicinal and personal purposes in the Caribbean community.
