The Norwood Board of Trustees voted unanimously on Sept. 11 during their regular meeting to approve an ordinance that prohibits the operation of marijuana establishments within the town. Marijuana establishments are described as shops, clubs, cultivation operations, testing facilities or any other marijuana facilities now defined under the Colorado Constitution. Members of the board said they feel a majority of the town does not want marijuana sold in Norwood.
