Substance-abuse professionals cautioned Monday that the state’s medical marijuana program could lead to more young people using the drug. “There’s no question that youths are going to be using medical marijuana,” said John Daviau, president of the Connecticut Association of Prevention Practitioners, a group of about 60 people, mostly in the field of substance abuse prevention.
