Crime Commission offers reward for heroin arrests

The Illinois State Crime Commission says it’s declaring “war” on drug dealers who supply heroin to adolescents. Officials say they’ll give a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of people who provide heroin to youth.
