FDA hypocrisy?

On Wednesday U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) announced a crackdown on some 500 prescription drugs for cold, cough and allergies due to the fact that they have never been proved to be safe and effective, and they have not been evaluated by FDA.

So called “medical marijuana” has never been proved to be safe and effective, and it has not been evaluated by the FDA.

When does FDA intend to announce a crackdown on “medical marijuana”?
