Suspected Mexican drug trafficker Sandra Avila Beltran, known as the “Queen of the Pacific,” the niece of “the godfather” of Mexican drug smuggling, will be extradited to the United States where she is wanted for cocaine related charges, a panel of Mexican judges decided Thursday.
