New York police say they have arrested 18 operators of a high-end drug trafficking and prostitution ring planning to deliver “party packs” of cocaine and prostitutes during Super Bowl weekend. The suspects are charged with conspiracy, narcotics sales, promoting prostitution and money laundering among other crimes.
