Pablo Escobar, the Colombian drug trafficker was among the richest and powerful narcos thanks to cocaine trade, was in favor of the legalization of drugs and, like any Drug Lords, wished to have his infamous trade regulated by law and not countered by the national and international Institutions and by the Civil society.
