In this TV news programme Dr. Manuel Pinto Coelho speaks about doping in sports and gives good reasons why prevention and treatment are much better than other drug related actions. He says that the fact that the government of his country has let loose the drug user and the small drug pusher, being interested only in apprehending large quantities of drugs (tons), is a huge strategic mistake because people use small quantities and these people are the ones who cause the problems.
