While Aaron Sandusky begins to serve his 10-year prison sentence for violating federal marijuana laws, he will continue to fight the charges. Sandusky, the president of G3 Holistic Inc., a medical-marijuana dispensary that operated in Upland, Colton and Moreno Valley, is appealing his October conviction, the Los Angeles-based lawyer said.
