Sales and possession of bath salts now illegal under New York regulations

Gov. Andrew Cuomo, through the state’s Department of Health, has made bath salts, synthetic marijuana and other similarly manufactured stimulants illegal – saying all sellers and possessors of the drugs throughout New York immediately face fines and jail time if discovered.
