Those who see the abuse of cannabis as something relatively harmless cannot be more wrong, Ng Ser Song, director of Singapore’s Central Narcotics Bureau said in a report released on Friday. The annual report of the Central Narcotics Bureau said that the number of people arrested over cannabis abuse rose by 29 percent to 183 last year amid an increase in the broader number of drug abusers and drugs seized in 2013.
