A Home Office study of international drug laws is to get under way this week with a visit to Portugal to look at the long-term impact of its policy of limited decriminalisation. Review will also include Portugal’s limited decriminalisation, Denmark’s ‘fixing rooms’ and Sweden’s zero-tolerance approach.
