Our member, the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association (SANA), in partnership with the National Council Against Drug Abuse (NCADA), will be organising the Asia-Pacific Forum Against Drugs (APFAD) on Friday, May 26th, at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, to which you are warmly invited.
This year’s forum is themed “From Prevention to Aftercare – Integrated Community Action for a Drug-Free Society”, and will provide a platform for delegates from non-governmental organisations (NGOs) from the Asia Pacific Region, to know more about Singapore’s approach, as well of the global organisations, to drug prevention, rehabilitation, and reintegration of persons-in-recovery.
The forum will feature presentations by keynote speaker Mr Kasirye Rogers, Vice President of the World Federation Against Drugs (WFAD), guest speaker Mr Augusto Nogueira, President of the International Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations of Drug and Substance Abuse (IFNGO), two (2) local practitioners as well as the sharing of testimonials by SANA Peer Leaders – anti-drug advocates who are persons-in-recovery themselves.
It is their honour to invite representatives from your organisation to attend the APFAD. Kindly RSVP your organisation’s participation to Mr Abdul Kalam, Head, Corporate and Advocacy at by Friday, 21 April 2023.
