Call for Submissions by November 22nd – Webinar on Human Rights Day 2024 “Best Practices Enhancing the Human Rights to Health”

Global Challenges – Local Solutions “Best Practices Enhancing the Human Rights to Health.”

We are pleased to announce our fourth Global Challenges – Local Solutions under the theme: “Best Practices Enhancing the Human Rights to Health.” This will be the closing the 16 Days of Activism, taking place as part of our global forum, aimed at showcasing the efforts and contributions of our members around the world.

We invite submissions for a speaking slot of 10 to 15 minutes, where you will have the opportunity to present evidence-based work that highlights best practices related to the human right to health. This is a platform to share your innovative projects, research, or advocacy efforts aimed at improving health rights, particularly in relation to gender-based violence, children and youth, substance use prevention, treatment and recovery and trauma-informed care.

We are looking for passionate speakers to take the stage as keynote contributors to this global dialogue. Whether you are involved in an ongoing project, a new initiative, or a research-based approach that tackles health rights in the context of trauma and violence, we welcome you to submit your abstract.

The deadline for submission is November 22nd, 2024. Please send your abstract to  with the subject line Human Rights Day 2024. We look forward to featuring your work in this important global conversation.
