On May 24th, our member ARTM had an honourable visit by Ghada Waly, Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. She visited ARTM facilities in Ka Ho, Macau, during her visit. She was introduced to the services provided by ARTM, received a tour, had a private meeting with persons in recovery, paid a visit to the vocational training facilities “Hold on to Hope”, and had an encounter with the local media. Ms Ghada showed interest in the ARTM Prevention Project “Be Cool” and was impressed by the organisation’s holistic approach to prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.
