NGOs with ECOSOC status are invited to share their written contributions to the 2024 CND mid-term review latest by 5 February 2024

The Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND), has started preparations for the 2024 mid-term review. The Review will focus on taking stock of the implementation of  all existing international drug policy commitments and the work to accelerate the implementation of the commitments from 2024 to 2029.

Pursuant to CND resolution 66/1, the Commission is inviting NGOs in consultative status with ECOSOC to share their contributions on the challenges identified in the 2019 Ministerial Declaration to inform the preparatory process in the lead-up to March 2024.

Contributions need to be submitted via an online form. Inputs received will be made available online and will be published as received. The content remains the responsibility of the submitting entities. Kindly follow the NGO code of conduct.

Please note that only NGOs with ECOSOC status will be able to share contributions.

Deadline for submissions is February 5, 2024.
