Colorado: Campaign-finance complaint filed against opponents of pot-tax issue

Colorado Ethics Watch on Tuesday filed a campaign-finance complaint with the secretary of state’s office against the No Over Taxation campaign, alleging that opponents to a pot tax are not properly disclosing their expenses.
