Payment
Payment can be made by bank wire or credit card. The following credit cards are supported: MasterCard, Eurocard and VISA. Payment is made at the end of the registration process.

Confirmation
In order to receive confirmation of registration by e-mail, please make sure to indicate the e-mail address on the registration form! Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Registration for events (which are included in the registration fee) must also be marked on the form in order to obtain a ticket.

Change of booking
Alterations to your registration must be sent to Congrex Sweden AB by post or e-mail.

Visa and Invitation letter
Invitation letter for obtaining visa will be sent to everybody who needs it after registration. Please contact after you have completed the registration. In case the visa application would be denied, the registration fee will be returned. Please note that it is not possible to get an invitation letter before you have completed the registration. Cancellation of registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 20 April, 2012, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 300 (EUR ~33). For cancellations made after 20 April, 2012, we regret that no refunds can be made.

Hotel Information

A number of hotel rooms have been booked at favoured rates for the conference. Prices are quoted in SEK and are per room, per night, including full breakfast buffet, tax and service. Full payment is required!

Room availability and rate is guaranteed by Congrex Sweden AB, on behalf of the delegates until 17 February, 2012. After this date, bookings are subject to availability and possible against full payment by credit card.

Cancellation of hotel must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB by e-mail. Cancellation of hotel will be accepted until February 17, 2012 up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 300. For cancellations received after February 17, 2012, we regret that no refunds can be made. Alterations to your booking must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB by e-mail.
