The registration fee for delegates includes:
– Admission to the conference
– Programme
– Daily tea/coffee and lunches
– Social get-together

Registration fee:

Conference fee for WFAD members:  EUR 136
Conference fee for non-members:     EUR 170

Payment
Payment should preferably be made by bank wire but we also accept credit cards. The following credit cards are supported: MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Payment method is selected at the end of the registration process.

Confirmation
In order to receive confirmation of registration by e-mail, please make sure to enter your correct e-mail address!

Change of booking
Alterations to your registration must be sent to WFAD.

Inquiries
Please direct all registration and payment inquiries to WFAD.

Visa and Invitation letter
Invitation letter for obtaining visa will be sent to everybody who needs it after registration and receipt of payment. Please contact WFAD after you have completed the registration and paid the registration fee. In case the visa application would be denied, the registration fee will be returned.

Please note that it is not possible to get an invitation letter before you have completed the registration and paid the registration fee. If you need an invitation letter for other purposes than obtaining a visa, please contact WFAD

Cancellation of registration
Notification of cancellation must be sent to WFAD by post or email before May 5, 2014, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of EUR 34. For cancellations made after May 5, 2014, we regret that no refunds can be made.
